We recommend that a dealership send the following to their customers every month:

Early part of the month: Send Service Coupons to an extensive segment of your customer database. People really like receiving these every month, and sending these can limit opt-outs for later marketing pieces. The better the coupons, the more active your database will be in interacting with your sales and service departments.

Mid-month - prior to the end of the first pay period: Send a Used Vehicle Email to your all or half of your customer database. Our emails can include up to 15 vehicles, and you can choose the vehicles to send, or our system can choose them based on Vehicle Age on Lot. We can also categorize the vehicles by Body Style and Price to give everyone in your database something to look at.

Final week of the month: Incentives-Based Email Marketing. Most of our dealers choose this marketing piece to run an end-of-month promotion. We include Regionalized Incentives that link to an Incentives Landing page on your website. This email is incredibly valuable for end-of-month pushes.
