Inside Sales Representative
RnD Interactive, a leader in online lead generation tools for car dealers, is seeking motivated and experienced inside sales representatives to generate new business via outbound calls to dealerships in the U.S., deliver web-based presentations, and complete agreements.

Only accepting candidates in CO, TX & WA, with a preference given to candidates in the Dallas, TX area.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contact via phone and email General Managers, Owners, eCommerce Directors and other decision makers at car dealerships throughout the U.S. to introduce RnD Interactive's Lead Generation and Engagement products
  • Engage in consultative sales process to qualify each customer
  • Deliver web-based presentations to explain the benefits and features of RnD Interactive's solution set
  • Close new business
Qualifications:
A well-qualified candidate will exhibit:
  • Client Rapport: Build rapport and credibility with prospective clients quickly over the phone, and influence decision-makers throughout the dealership to learn more about RnD Interactive's solution set.
  • Consultative Selling: Help customers understand how the RnD solution set can impact their business, and help build a marketing plan designed to maximize the benefit to the dealer. The Inside Sales Representative must be able to consult from a position of expertise and authority.
  • Relentless Follow-up: Work from the CRM, and follow the sales plan to identify prospects most likely to close, and do the work required to get signed agreements.
  • Motivation: Focus on closing new business, and always drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

All RnD Employees work from virtual offices. To qualify for employment, you must have an internet connection capable of supporting business-class VOIP phone system and a quiet environment free from distractions.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of college
  • Minimum 3 years of outbound calling / selling experience
  • Experience in a revenue-generating role required
  • Experience selling to car dealerships a plus
Compensation:
The Inside Sales Position is contract-to-hire, with paid training. Monthly base pay is $4000, plus sales commissions and bonuses. Successful candidates will earn $100k plus per year.
